A good reason to get out of the door

A session with a plan

There’s a reason behind each session. You can work on your running without having to plan every run yourself.

Company on dark evenings

Running with other people can make a winter evening feel very different. It’s one of the things our members value most.

No race entry needed

Training for a personal best? Great. Just want a regular run with some company? You belong here too.

Your first evening

Say hello to the leader

Tell us about your running before you come and we’ll help you choose a group and explain where to meet. You don’t have to work it out alone.

  1. Arrive a few minutes early and tell the leader you’re new.
  2. We’ll explain the session and warm up together.
  3. Join your group, with walking breaks if you’re starting as a beginner.
  4. Ask questions before you head home.
