If your plans change
If you withdraw, your entry fee is non-refundable, subject to applicable statutory rights.
You may transfer your place free of charge before event day. Contact Conor to arrange the transfer before the replacement takes part.
If the event changes
If the organisers cancel the event, you will be offered a refund of the entry price you actually paid. Any choice to donate that refund is optional.
If the event is postponed, you may choose a place on the replacement date or a refund.
Booking for yourself or your family
One booking can cover multiple places. Choose the number of people taking part when you book.
The person booking must be aged 18 or over. For a participant under 18, their parent or guardian makes the booking and gives permission for them to take part.
Children aged 16 and under must stay with a parent throughout the event. An accompanying parent taking part must book and pay for their own place.
Participants aged 17 and over may take part alone, but must check in at the finish.
On the day
Follow the event briefing and marshals’ directions. Nothing in these conditions removes applicable statutory rights.
