What we collect and why

We use the adult purchaser’s contact details and number of places to administer the booking and send essential event messages.

The person booking for anyone under 18 must be their parent or guardian and give permission for them to take part.

Who can use the event roster

Only Conor and named registration and safety volunteers may access the event roster. Bishop’s Cleeve Football Club and the charities do not receive participant lists by default.

GenieAI (HighLevel) provides the registration records and Stripe processes payments. Card details are not stored in the event roster.

Event messages and optional marketing

Booking messages are administrative. Booking does not automatically add you to marketing. Any marketing permission is separate from your booking; you can unsubscribe at any time.

How long operational details are kept

Operational booking information will be deleted by 27 March 2027, except information needed for an incident or legal or accounting obligations. Payment records follow their separate retention requirements.
